教材分析：
这是中学英语语法中的一个较重要也有难度的知识点，作为动词中的一类，必定会用到情态动词。它们的多义性使学生对它们的意义和用法缺乏足够了解。让学生掌握某些情态动词的典型用法,是本次课程的重点内容。教学内容是介绍情态动词的定义、特点、最重要的用法以及出现的典型错误；最后加以练习进行巩固。
学情分析：
学生在新授课时已经掌握了情态动词的基本用法，对某些情态动词的典型用法也有一定的理解。这堂课是复习课，主要是让学生通过小组合作来总结归纳情态动词的用法，以及在不同情境下能熟练应用情态动词。
教学重点、难点：
